3-Night Kruger Walking Trail

Stay 3 nights at RETURN Africa’s walking camp in wild north of the Kruger National Park – a place that offers an unrivalled walking safari in South Africa.

Experienced field guides open the walking safaris from April to October each year, allowing bush lovers to celebrate a rarely-explored place that is as vast and varied as it is wild. The walking safari offers guests the opportunity to focus on the little things, whilst also experiencing the rush of adrenaline when you happen upon big game.

The walking trails wind through the remotest corners of the Kruger, giving you the chance to stumble upon the big game in their untouched habitat. For the truly adventurous, they occasionally offer minimalist trails that wander across borders into the transfrontier park, where you’ll sleep under the stars and feel totally removed from civilisation – yet perhaps closest to yourself.

  • Excellent Trip

Excellent everything! Fantastic walks with excellent knowledgable guides. The walks, fever tree forests, gorges, savannah, superb. Excellent birding. Walking trail camp was excellent, great food, happy staff, low key and wonderful. Stunning linen on beds in tents.

  • Baobab Hill - private bliss

What could be more refreshing than waking up to the sound of birds singing their African melodies? That's the sound I heard every morning accompanied by different sounds of animals from monkeys to the great elephant. The game drives were amazing. Make sure you visit the Lanner gorge, it was amazing

  • Once in a Lifetime Experience

Our stay at Pafuri Walking Camp was a once in a lifetime experience!  We had an incredible time.  I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the team at the camp were - from ranger to chef and housekeeping they all ensured we had the best time!  Will definitely keep a close eye on all Conservio offers!
