We stayed for 3 nights at the Fish River lodge in December 2020. It was absolute perfection from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.

Resting right next to the curving Fish River is the Great Fish River Lodge. The lodge has been built to showcase the large landscape in which it is settled. The lodge has a modern yet classic look with an elegant feel to its interior decorations, here it is all about peace and seclusion. The 9 spacious lodge suites have floor-to-ceiling glass doors, revealing an uninterrupted wilderness. Fish River Lodge is an ideal destination to take some time away from everything else and rejuvenate.

Situated at the center of Kwandwe Private Game Reserve in between thick plants, facing a dense valley, Ecca Lodge has spectacular views onto the long cliffs. With just 6 lodge suites, 3 of which are ideal for families, the lodge is intimate, relaxed and stylish, with furnishing with a touch of African colours and textures. The family suites are suitable for 2 adults and 2 children (under 16 yrs on day beds in the lounge) and also include a private vehicle and ranger.
