Nkomazi Game Reserve

Nkomazi Game Reserve is a private wildlife area, located south-west of Kruger National Park in South Africa. It is surrounded by vast mountains, river valleys and large grasslands - which stretches over 15,000 hectares and gives way to a hugely varied ecosystem. This area is known for its abundance of wildlife and birdlife which makes it a perfect safari destination.

The camp is great for families and consists of 14 tents, all wonderfully situated on the banks of the Komati River. The tents provide a safari 'glamping' experience with all the comforts of luxury accommodation.

    Beautiful small game lodge with accommodation to die for. 5 star ... setting magnificent on the banks of the Komati River. Game is not like the Sabie... bit limited but reserve is quite beautiful. I would say an ideal honeymoon or R and R weekend, anniversary or simply a great getaway for a spoil

Nkomazi Game Reserve impact highlights

Nkomazi are active about their contibution to conservation. They work alongside various partners to ensure that their diverse biodiversity is restored and enhanced, whilst protecting the wildlife of Nkomazi Game Reserve. They recently introduced succesfully rewilded leopards to the reserve who now roam freely. This is one of many ongoing conservation projects at Nkomazi Game Reserve.
