Situated on the coasts of the warm and azure Indian Ocean in northern Mozambique, is the remotely, but particularly chosen Nuarro Lodge. Surrounded by the wild Mozambican bush, fringed with old and established baobab trees to the back; and fronted by the calm and aquamarine bay of Nanatha, the lodge is peppered along a more than 2km-long, powdery-white beach in the middle.
Nuarro lodge focuses on the conservation of both land and the ocean, protecting hundreds of hectares of forest, mangrove and sea. The marine reserve was created in 2007 in common accord with the local community, to protect and recover the coral reefs surrounding the lodge as well as restore & protects the surrounding forests. Every guest contributes to these projects by staying at the lodge.
Nuarro isn't only perfect for safari activities and diving. It's also perfect for romanctic getaways. Dinner next to the beach and picnics were the best! Private beach was an amazing surprise for us! The view from your chalet door will let you forget all worries
Nuarro is absolutely beautiful! The mangroves are amazing, Flora and Fauna are very diverse. Perfect wild nature and calm waters. I absolutely loved the places and would definetly go back!
