I love this location!
Beautiful campsite right in the middle of the desert! The campsites have private bathrooms and are far enough from each other for privacy. You feel like you're very immersed in nature. Their common area is very nice with fast internet.

Setting Description

*The Kalahari - green acacias and yellow grass on the red sand of dunes which extend over hundreds of kilometres.
*Gondwana Kalahari Park will provide unforgettable impressions of the largest continuous stretch of sand on earth. The park is 100 square km in size and situated 30 km northeast of Mariental.
*Animals like Springbok, Gemsbok and Ostrich as well as Jackal, Hare and Porcupine inhabit the dunes and dune valleys, referred to as "streets".
*Due heavy rains countrywide since the beginning of the year, numerous roads and routes might be damaged or even closed. Please follow the updates on Namibia' road conditions for the area you are travelling through and drive with caution.

From Windhoek
Follow the B1 towards Marienthal. Before Marienthal turn left onto the C20 towars Stampriet. From the turnoff the lodge is located about 35km on this road on your left hand side and well sign posted.
