Olepangi is the most amazing gem, tucked away off the beaten track. We came en famile - from young to old and all were sated by the food, the hospitality, but mainly by the warmth of the welcome. Olepangi is the most amazing gem, tucked away off the beaten track. We came en famile - from young to old and all were sated by the food, the hospitality, but mainly by the warmth of the welcome. If you are looking for great food, great company and an amazing surrounding, Olipangi is the place for you.
Olepangi Farm is set on the foothills of Mt Kenya, offering a perfect base from which to explore Kenya's renowned Laikipia region. Surrounded by 120-acres of pristine farmland and spectacular views, Olepangi offers guests a beautiful and tranquil space to reconnect with nature. Olepangi is owner and run and managed and guests are welcomed to join in the daily rhythms of the farm, whether it is milking the cows and making bread or helping the gardeners gather they day's vegetables and fruit. Those who are feeling a little more adventurous can explore the area on horseback or take a walk in the local community. It is also possible to pack a picnic and take a day trip to one of the neighbouring conservancies.
Olepangi has a number of cottages varying in size; from one-bedroom rondavels to a five-bedroom house. Each is individually designed and comfortably equipped with everything you need to make yourself feel at home.
