Etendeka Mountain Camp pathways takes you to your shaded en-suite Meru tent. The tented suites have 1 x queen size bed and 2 x 3 quarter beds, and are beautifully made up with comfortable mattresses and 100 percent cotton linen. The cosiness of the tents does not dilute the traditional tented camp atmosphere. An impressive eco-friendly open air “bucket” shower with hot and cold water adds to the bush experience.
Guests get to enjoy cosiness in a rugged and harsh landscape. Views form your bed are great, but it is when you step out of the tent that you and relax on your camp chair that you have an overwhelming excitement of being so close to such a wonderful natural environment. The camp has stacked Basalt rock gabion-walls for privacy but the outstanding feature are still the natural surrounds. Enjoy the views of desert adapted trees and bush and the sounds of nature that dominate as the light starts dipping over the view.
