The easiest way to get to Xirundu is to fly to the Mozambican capital, Maputo. SAA and Mozambican Airlines both fly daily from Johannesburg, or Kenya Airways from Nairobi, or Ethiopian Airways from Addis Abeba. Emirates and Qatar Airlines fly from most international locations.
From Maputo, you can arrange a rental vehicle. We recommend 4X4 for your convenience, but you can also travel in any sedan, and we will meet you where the 4X4 road begins and take you to your house. Follow the directions found on the website (4 to 5 hours depending on pace and stops). Shuttle services are also available for around $500, round trip.
