Beautiful Weekend away
An amazing 2 days. The lodge and rooms were stunning and staff were super friendly. Our guide Michael was excellent - incredibly knowledgable and also gave very interesting perspective on Nambia.I would defitely go back to the lodge Great to see so many rhinos!

Wonderful Experience
This lodge was definitely our favorite - it was modern, stylish, and the staff members were so professional and friendly.The facilities were incredibly amazing and the surrounding landscape was stunning. The last night we were there, the Safarihoek staff prepared us a special private room for us to enjoy our dinner, which was so thoughtful of them.

Nestled on a hillside amongst Mopani trees overlooking a large waterhole and the vast expanse of Etosha, Safarihoek is a spacious and elegant lodge with the main building on an elevated deck to catch the breeze and positioned under vaulted thatch, allowing for infinite 180º views over the plains below.

Whether you prefer your own company or that of new-found friends, there are a number of spots from which to soak up the view of the vast horizon – pool lounger, grassy patch or air conditioned wine lounge. Or simply get cosy at the fireplace with a good read, or watch the game visiting the camp’s waterhole. If the world beyond needs you, for just a moment, mind you, you are welcome to use the Wi-Fi in the public area, with our compliments. Below the lounge area, bar and dining room, is a wine cellar and lounge with large glass windows allowing you to feel connected to nature.

How to get there
* From Outjo follow the Okaukuejo road for 71km.
* Turn left onto the D2695 (goes past Epacha lodge) for 65km.
* Turn right onto D2697 and follow for 12km. (cross over 3x cattle grids on this road)
* Turn right through Game Fence at Etosha Mountain Lodge sign (gate).
* Follow road for 3km and pass through another game fence, with an electric gate.
* Turn right and follow the road for 2 km's. Etosha Mountain Lodge will be visible on the slope of a mountain, on the right.
