Etendeka Mountain Camp

Please note our scheduled pick-up transfer details: Pick-up transfer from Palmwag Lodges parking area at at 16h00! Guests are kindly requested to arrive half an hour earlier at the parking area! Reservations & Cancellations: Minimum 2 nights stay required. All reservations must be confirmed in writing. A 10% deposit is required to confirm any online booking, with the remaining balance to be settled 31 days prior to the travel date. Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum period of 14 days from the date of requesting the reservation, after which the reservation will automatically be released. A 10% handling fee, based on the deposit amount paid, will be deducted from any refunds made due to cancellations 60 days before the date of travel. All rates are subject to change without prior notice due to reasons not limited to currency fluctuation, increase in fuel prices, increase in government taxes and levies and/or unforeseen economic circumstances. Etendeka Lodge Company is a joint venture agreement with the Omatendeka and Anabeb Communal Conservancies. This venture is committed to protecting the indigenous and often endangered fauna and flora of the region and help drive economic development for the community. Etendeka Lodge Company has implemented a Conservation Levy of NAD 250.00 per person per night (included in the per person rate) with effect of 2025 to support these efforts. The Conservation Levy includes VAT and is not commissionable. Children's Policy: Much of the charm of Etendeka lies in its tranquil wilderness setting and may therefore not always be appreciated by all children. It is in a condition therefore that adults accompanying children take full responsibility for the conduct and safety of their children. - Children 8 to 12 years, sharing a tent with 2 full paying adults, pay 50% of the quoted adult rate. - Children under 8 years of age: We regret that the camp is not suitable for children under 8 years of age. PLEASE NOTE: MINORS YOUNGER THAN 18 YEARS TRAVELLING TO NAMIBIA MUST HAVE AN UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Please enquire with the airline or tourism board for details.
