The Teepees are beautiful and cosy. All the dogs are friendly & the pigs are so sweet. Lovely to be semi-off-the-grid. Anke goes above and beyond what is expected of a host to explain the best walking routes, places to eat & all the other must-see locations of Hogsback.

From King Phalo Airport:
1. Once in Hogsback, please mind all the potholes, roads are not in the best condition.
2. Head east to exit the airport.
3. Turn left onto Settlers Way/R72 and travel for 7.5 km.
4. Take the exit toward Beaconsfield Rd, covering 300 m.
5. Turn left onto Park Gates Rd, continuing for 280 m.
6. Follow the road onto Beaconsfield Rd for 1.1 km.
7. Continue onto Plumbago St for 270 m.
8. Turn left to stay on Plumbago St, covering 210 m.
9. Turn left onto Phoenix St, travelling for 750 m.
10. Phoenix St will slightly turn left, becoming N W Expy for 5.3 km.
11. Continue onto Mdantsane Access Rd for 8.6 km.
12. Turn right onto Link Rd, covering 170 m.
13. Turn left onto R102, traveling for 2.3 km.
14. Turn right, then left to merge onto N2 towards King William's Town for 35.3 km.
15. Turn left toward N2, covering 170 m.
16. Continue onto N2 for 3.9 km.
17. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Alexandra Rd/N2 for 1.2 km.
18. Turn left onto Grey St/N2/R63 for 300 m.

21. Turn left onto Cathcart St/N2/R63, following N2/R63 for 1.2 km.
22. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit to stay on N2/R63 for 190 m.

24. Slightly left onto R63 for 53.8 km.
25. Turn right onto R345 towards Hogsback/Cathcart for 30.8 km.
