Clarens is a scenic little village at the foot of Mount Horeb that showcases some of the best of South Africa in a unique way. It is on the Free State Highlands Route, close to Golden Gate National Park. 1. Head southeast toward Bram Fischer Airport Rd for 400 m.
2. Continue onto Bram Fischer Airport Rd for 600 m.
3. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit to stay on Bram Fischer Airport Rd for 600 m.
4. Turn left to merge onto N8 toward Maseru for 400 m.
5. Merge onto N8 and drive 51.7 km.
