A must-visit
Just completed our second visit to the Bush Villas and could not have wished for a better experience. The accommodation is first rate, the view over the water hole is stunning and our game drive was superb.

A very luxurious stay with top-of-the-range furniture. Beds were comfortable and we kept the indoor fireplace going throughout the day as it was quite cold. We stayed in Villa 1 and saw all these animals from our front porch: hippos, nyala, giraffes, zebras, rhinos and impalas

Setting Description
Tucked away in the tranquil northern reaches of Botlierskop Private Game Reserve near Mossel Bay, the Bush Villas boast an exclusive and picturesque setting. Most villas overlook a large waterhole, where guests can witness a variety of wildlife gathering to drink. Surrounded by rolling hills and lush vegetation, the villas offer a serene escape with easy access to the reserve’s diverse landscapes. Located near the coastal town of Great Brak River, they provide a secluded retreat while remaining within reach of Garden Route attractions.
Guests can embark on guided game drives to spot over 26 wildlife species, including rhinos, lions, elephants, buffalo, and cheetahs. For a more intimate encounter, private game drives are available, complete with sundowners in the bush. How to get there
From the N2 take the Great Brak River turnoff. (Exit 409), Turn Left Drive through Great Brak for 1,9km where you will find at the 3rd stop a church on your left. Turn left, in Amy Searle Road, (Pine Creek Resort on right) carry on for 7km, where you will find the entrace to the Bush Villas on your left hand side.
