The beauty of the Garden Route is undeniable, but it is always even more delightful when combined with the serenity and calm of a little seaside suburb like Fisanthoek.
This is a farm area that is situated between Plettenberg Bay and Knysna, which are both bustling tourist hubs along the Garden Route. This places it in the prime position to give its visitors convenient access to both, while still enjoying the peace of the South African coastline.
Fisanthoek boasts a gorgeous rural ambience, thanks to the farms and the beautiful indigenous forests that are all around. In addition, lovely streams are running through the forests, which also go a long way in attracting many bird species, as well as insects and small mammals. This means that even permanent residents can enjoy the untainted luxury of the outdoors, on their very own doorstep.

How to get there
Directions from Harkerville :
1. From the N2: Turn onto Fisanthoek Road.
2. Proceed: Continue for approximately 3 km on the gravel road.
3. Landmark: Look for a farm gate on the lefthand side, about 50 meters from the road.
4. This is the entrance to the cottage, where parking is available.
Kindly send me a WhatsApp message when you depart from Knysna if you travelling from Cape Town / or Plettenberg Bay if you are travelling from Port Elizabeth and again when you turn onto Fisanthoek Road.
