Setting Description 

Situated along the iconic Seven Passes Road between George and Knysna near Wilderness, Oakhurst Farm is a historic gem and one of the last large working dairy farms on the Garden Route. Spanning 640 hectares, including 200 hectares of untouched fynbos and indigenous forest, the farm offers a unique blend of tradition and wild charm. 

Wander along forested trails to a hidden waterfall, explore the farm's well-maintained mountain biking and trail running paths, or paddle a canoe across the tranquil dam. Kids will love the jungle gyms, treehouses, and sling-shot swing, while parents can join farmyard experiences like animal feeding or enjoy a guided dairy tour with farm owner Jake (by appointment). Horse riding trails offer scenic journeys led by expert guides, and for those with a taste for adventure, archery can be arranged with a world-trained archer.
