what a place!
We only stayed at the resort for 2 nights but it was an amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort has its own "beach" with free canoes and paddle boards which was great to use on the lagoon. And it was very safe.

A new favourite
This place is such a gem that we kept extending our stay. We stayed at the bottom cottage, which has a deck that leads straight onto the private beach on the lagoon. There were kayaks, paddleboards and beach toys for everyone, and it was very safe for the kiddo to run wild. The braai was stocked with wood and the chalet with every amenity you could hope for. The staff were friendly, courteous and kind. The area is lovely with sun loungers for a perfect sundowner location.

How to get there
CAPE TOWN TO KNYSNA.Travelling along the N2 proceed through Knysna towards Plettenberg Bay. Once you have passed through CBD, and passed the provincial hospital, you will reach a set of traffic lights with Kwikspar and Caltex Garage on your right, George Rex drive is the next turning to the right (200 meters further). Proceed along George Rex drive towards the Knysna Heads for 4.4km, Which will bring you to a Traffic Circle. Under milkwood reception(a timber log chalet) is to the right of the traffic circle.
PORT ELIZABETH TO KNYSNA: Travelling along the N2 bypassing Plettenberg Bay(20km prior to Knysna) and Hornlee . Proceed along the descending N2 into Knysna suburia. Proceed for about another 1.4km once the road has leveled out(passing by the "WELCOME TO KNYSNA" sign. George Rex drive is the next trun to your left. (also known as the Knysna Heads turn off) Proceed along George Rex drive towards the Knysna Heads for 4.4km, Which will bring you to a traffic circle. Under Milkwood reception (a timber log chalet) is to the right of the traffic circle.
