Perfect weekend getaway
Perfect place for friends to visit for the weekend. Enough sleeping space, a nice visiting area, and braai facilities.
Isilwane Bush Camp is a private, self-catering retreat in the heart of the Big 5 Dinokeng Game Reserve, just under an hour from Pretoria. The camp sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably across a collection of chalets and a family suite, all positioned around a central lapa. The camp can be booked out exclusively, ensuring complete privacy and a cohesive group experience. All units are equipped with en-suite or private bathrooms, comfortable beds, and views of the surrounding bushveld. A fully equipped communal lapa includes a large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, lounge with smart TV and Wi-Fi, fire pit, braai facilities, and a refreshing splash pool. Whether you're gathering with family or celebrating with friends, Isilwane Bush Camp offers a laid-back yet immersive safari experience in a malaria-free setting.
Set within the Pride of Africa sector of the Dinokeng Game Reserve, Isilwane Bush Camp offers guests a front-row seat to one of Gauteng’s top wilderness destinations. Dinokeng is the only Big 5 game reserve in Gauteng where animals roam freely, and visitors have the rare chance to experience the bush without venturing far from the city. The camp is surrounded by pristine bushveld and frequented by birds and wildlife. Activities like guided game drives, birding, and relaxing by the pool are all enjoyed in complete seclusion. With no self-driving permitted, guests can expect a peaceful, uninterrupted stay that prioritises both comfort and conservation.
