Accommodation Description
The Khoi-San Cottage at Ganora Guest Farm offers a rustic yet comfortable self-catering experience, ideal for families or small groups seeking a tranquil retreat in the Karoo. Originally a sheep kraal and later a labourers' cottage, it has been thoughtfully renovated to blend historical charm with modern amenities.
The cottage accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms: a double en-suite room, a twin room, and an adjacent room with a bunk bed. A second bathroom ensures convenience for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge, catering to all self-catering needs. The cosy lounge, featuring a fireplace, provides a warm space to unwind, while the covered patio with built-in braai facilities invites outdoor dining with views of the farmyard. Guests have the option to enjoy meals at the on-site restaurant if they prefer not to self-cater. Daily cleaning services and complimentary Wi-Fi on the stoep add to the comfort of the stay.
