This 8,000-hectare reserve is home to diverse wildlife, including the only hippos in the Karoo. Guests can embark on guided night drives to spot the elusive 'Shy 5'—meerkat, aardvark, porcupine, aardwolf, and bat-eared fox—or enjoy birdwatching and nature walks during the day.
