OUR RATES INCLUDE: - Dinner, bed, breakfast and lunch - Daily housekeeping - Morning game drive with a coffee break (coffee, tea, and rusks) - Afternoon game drive with sundowners (snacks and a beverage) - Parking - Welcome drink OUR RATES EXCLUDE: - Bar purchases - Telephone calls - Shop purchases - Laundry - Gratuities - Airport Transfers - Conservation and traversing levies of R555 per person (once-off) for Greater Kruger National Park. This is to be paid in cash or card upon arrival or when you make your booking. - Additional beverages on the afternoon game drive POLICIES: - Strictly no pets allowed on the premises - Smoking permitted in designated areas - Littering and feeding of animals are prohibited - Check-in time: 14:00 / Check-out time: 10:00 PAYMENT POLICY: - A 50% deposit is to be made within 48 hours to confirm the booking - A booking is held provisional until the deposit is received - Balance of payment is due 30 days before arrival CHILD POLICY: - We accept children of all ages - Children between the age of 4 - 12 are charged 50% of the adult pppn sharing rate - Children aged 12 and over are welcome, but parents are reminded that it is a semi-fenced camp and children are to be supervised at all times CANCELLATION POLICY: - Cancellations are only accepted in writing - Once the booking is confirmed and then cancelled an admin fee of 15% of the deposit will be charged Other Cancellation Fees: • Deposit forfeited between 60 and 46 days of arrival: 30% • Deposit forfeited between 45 and 31 days of arrival: 70% • Deposit/payment forfeited 30 days or less from arrival: 100%
