Based along the shores of the Godwini stream within the native woodland of the Karkloof Nature Reserve, Rockwood Forest Lodge holds a special place in the hearts of its owners. Constructed in the late 1960s by the Hancock family, the lodge has been a cherished retreat for family, friends, and visitors alike throughout the years. Escape from everything digital as there is no cellphone access inside the lodge. Simply enjoy the peace and remoteness of the forest. The lodging accommodates six guests across three rooms, consisting of one King room with a separate bathroom featuring a bath, one Twin room with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, and another Twin room with a separate bathroom that includes a bath/shower combination; please note that access requires a 4x4 high clearance vehicle, and transfers are available upon request.
