The Farmhouse is located in the heart of the 300-hectare Caracal Lodge property, surrounded by rolling hills, open grassveld and pockets of indigenous forest. Wildlife such as giraffe, zebra, nyala, impala and blesbok roam freely across the farm and are often spotted near the house or along nearby walking paths. The setting is peaceful and expansive, with clear mountain views and quiet farm ambience. A stream runs through the valley, feeding waterfalls and natural pools reached via walking trails. The property lies in the Houtboshoek region near Mpumalanga’s escarpment, offering easy access to Kaapsehoop, Sudwala Caves and Panorama Route landmarks.
