Guests can choose from a variety of unique accommodation options: a refurbished 1973 school bus, two elegant shipping containers, or a Tipi glamping experience. Each unit is set in a peaceful garden ideal for birdwatching, and equipped with kitchenettes and braai facilities for self-catering ease.
Setting Description
Situated just 15 minutes from the center of Nelspruit in the lush Mpumalanga province, Kokiville Homestead is set among expansive agricultural lands. This self-sustaining homestead allows guests to experience farm life, with homegrown vegetables, farm-fresh honey and eggs produced on-site.
Guests have access to a private garden where they can relax, as well as enjoy braai and fire facilities. For those looking to explore, the Snail Trail offers a 1km walk through the property’s bushveld and forest areas. Find a secluded spot for a picnic or take a seat on the rock bench to watch the sunrise over the mountains.

This route has tolls.
Keep left to continue on Manning Avenue and proceed 450 m;
Turn left toward KMIA Road and proceed 110 m;

At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the R538 and proceed 11.3 km;
Turn right onto the R104 and proceed 9.4 km;
Turn left onto Dr Enos Mabuza Drive and proceed 4.1 km;
Turn left toward Ferreira Street and proceed 75 m;
