The lodge immerses guests in the raw beauty of the African bush while providing an elevated experience of comfort and privacy, whether you are seeking adventure, relaxation, or a chance to reconnect with nature.
The lodge features four elegant, self-catering suites, each designed to connect guests with the surrounding wilderness. Every suite includes a king-size bed with premium linens, an en-suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Sliding doors open onto private decks, allowing for uninterrupted views of the bush and local wildlife, with a shared boma under the stars.
Situated within the malaria-free Black Rhino Game Reserve, part of the larger Pilanesberg National Park, Pangolin Game Lodge provides an exclusive window into one of South Africa’s premier wildlife regions. With its unique volcanic terrain, lush woodlands, and open savannahs, the reserve hosts an incredible variety of wildlife, including the Big Five and rare species like African wild dogs and brown hyenas.
Twice-daily game drives are led by knowledgeable rangers who ensure excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. Guests can also enjoy guided bush walks for a closer look at the local vegetation and bird species or simply relax on their private decks to observe the wildlife that often wanders close to the lodge. Nearby, the Pilanesberg National Park offers additional recreational options.

The place is extremely beautiful. Owen is an amazing ranger with a lot of experience. We were very lucky to have him as our guide. Thank you so much for an awesome time.
