A refundable breakage deposit might be payable for group bookings. * If your card is denied for payment, any discounts or promotions received, will be forfeited. * By making this reservation, you accept our terms & conditions and agree that all those terms & conditions apply to your reservation. * Small children must always be under the close supervision of their parents. * The jacuzzi is only available for guests who have booked treatments at the Baobab Spa. * The campsites are a piece of outdoor land to camp on. This is not a room, and no beds are provided. Guests need to bring all their own camping equipment, caravans/tents, bedding etc. * Chalet guests need to bring their own bath and swimming towels, braai wood/charcoal and all personal items such as ironing equipment, hairdryers, 2 point plugs, cell phone chargers, torch, mosquito repellent, board/card games etc. * As the animals walk on the grass between the chalets, we suggest you bring Bayticol Aerosol (tick repellent, available at Dis-Chem). * Please bring your bicycles, soccer and rugby balls, kids especially love to ride & play around, there is ample space. Please note that we are a family orientated resort with small children & animals walking between the chalets; so no loud noise, music or parties are allowed. No music at all is permitted on the resort from motor vehicles / private sound systems / equipment. By paying you confirm that: - Your dates and accommodation / camping are correct. - You will adhere to all terms and conditions as well as the resort rules. - Accepted credit/debit card payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club International. - Payments will be made through PayBridge, a secure online payment gateway. - The reference on your credit/debit card statement will say 'PayBridge Accommodation' and not Buyskop Lodge. - Buyskop Lodge reserve the right to not refund credit/debit card fees (transaction costs) in the situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit/debit card or any nominated bank account via EFT (electronic fund transfer). Further Terms & Conditions: - Rates include 15% VAT and are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). - Rates may be changed without prior notice. - Due to escalating incidents of fraudulent electronic fund transfers (EFT), we require that all EFT payments are made as "immediately cleared" payments. - In the event that your payment does not reflect in Buyskop Lodge’s bank account upon arrival, we will require you to pay the outstanding amount. - The necessary refund will occur if and when the payment does reflect in Buyskop Lodge’s bank account. - No keys or access will be granted until the full account has been settled. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - The carrying and use of firearms and/or dangerous weapons are not permitted on Buyskop Lodge’s premises. - Clients/visitors are responsible for reporting possession of firearms on the Buyskop Lodge’s premises. - Smoking in accommodation units are strictly prohibited. - Accommodation and camping ablutions units are serviced daily. - No pets are allowed, except guide dogs. - No day visits allowed. - You must bring your own bath towels and swimming towels. - No music is permitted at the resort from motor vehicles or private sound equipment, not during the day and not during the night. - Please consider the other guests by keeping noise levels as low as possible. - Absolute silence must be maintained between 22:00 and 07:00. - No motorbikes or ATV four-wheelers are allowed at the resort. - Only standard accepted swimwear will be allowed. No eating & drinking allowed at the swimming pools. - No littering allowed.
