Duiker Cottage is nestled amongst mature trees and indigenous bush on the tranquil grounds of Izintaba Private Game Reserve. The property’s natural landscape is home to abundant wildlife—duiker, impala, zebra, and more—making wildlife sightings a daily pleasure. Direct access to well-marked walking and mountain biking trails allows guests to explore the reserve at their own pace, while evenings invite stargazing and unwinding by the fireplace.
The Waterberg’s distinctive scenery surrounds the cottage, offering dramatic mountain vistas, rocky outcrops, and open grasslands. Though remote in feel, Izintaba is just a short drive from Vaalwater, connecting guests to local attractions and the wider Waterberg region.
