Bokrivier is a 1523-hectare working farm specialising in cultivating pecan nuts, free-range Sussex cattle and beautiful organic fynbos. Tucked away in the beautiful Overberg countryside near Cape Town, each of the contemporary six self-catering farm cottages (named after various fynbos types) offers a private hot tub, braai, large lawn and indoor fireplace overlooking the sweeping mountain range. 

Setting Description

Bokrivier Cottages hugs the foothills of the vast Riviersonderend Mountain range in South Africa, 20 minutes east of the quaint village of Greyton and 10 minutes west of the town of Riviersonderend. The spectacular surrounding landscapes can best be explored on foot or swimming in one of the farm dams. There are more than 30km of hiking trails for guests to enjoy, while more indulgent pursuits include fishing, birding, botaneering or simply mountain gazing. Those looking to kick back and relax will be in heaven with the fulfilling days in nature, followed by evenings in the KolKol hot tub to absorb the vast expansive night skies.
