Brookdale Estate Manor House is an elegant Cape Dutch manor on a working wine farm in the Paarl Winelands, offering six en-suite rooms across two accommodation types: five Manor Suites within the main house, and a standalone Vineyard Suite set privately adjacent to the manor. The property spans over 1,100m² and can accommodate groups of up to 12 adults and 2 children when booked exclusively. Guests enjoy exclusive access to two living rooms, two dining rooms, three fireplaces, a private study, kitchen, and a dedicated pool house. Outside, a private swimming pool and multiple sun terraces open onto uninterrupted views of the estate's vineyards and surrounding mountains. Rooms are individually bookable, and the entire Manor House is also available for exclusive-use groups - enquire directly for whole-property bookings.
