Brookdale Estate Manor House is an elegant Cape Dutch manor on a working wine farm in the Paarl Winelands, offering six en-suite rooms across two accommodation types: five Manor Suites within the main house, and a standalone Vineyard Suite set privately adjacent to the manor. The property spans over 1,100m² and can accommodate groups of up to 12 adults and 2 children when booked exclusively. Guests enjoy exclusive access to two living rooms, two dining rooms, three fireplaces, a private study, kitchen, and a dedicated pool house. Outside, a private swimming pool and multiple sun terraces open onto uninterrupted views of the estate's vineyards and surrounding mountains. Rooms are individually bookable, and the entire Manor House is also available for exclusive-use groups - enquire directly for whole-property bookings. A private chef, butler, housekeeper, and villa manager form part of the full exclusive-use experience, though all guests benefit from the estate's personalised hospitality regardless of how they book.

The estate's on-site Bistro, led by Executive Chef Gary Coetzee, serves seasonal farm-to-table menus using local Paarl produce, with lunch and dinner available for guests throughout their stay. Farm trails, tractor rides, and guided mountain hikes offer active ways to engage with the landscape, while wine tastings, wellness treatments, and horse riding at nearby Alpha Equestrian round out the experience. Franschhoek is roughly 35 minutes away, Stellenbosch under an hour, and Cape Town International Airport is approximately 55km from the estate - making Brookdale a genuinely secluded retreat that remains well-connected to the wider Cape Winelands region.
