Nestled between Dwarskersbos and Elands Bay, Draaihoek Lodge Campsite is part of a private nature reserve that stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to the Sandveld mountains. The reserve encompasses diverse landscapes, including unspoiled beaches, dunes, and the Verlorenvlei - a RAMSAR-classified wetland. This location is ideal for observing wildlife such as eland, bontebok, and Cape mountain zebra, as well as a variety of bird species. The area is also renowned for its spring wildflower displays between August and October.
