Beach house of dreams!
Incredible 200 degree views over the lagoon which create the feeling of space and time standing still. We paddled out in the kayaks and got that feeling even closer. Indigo Blue is simply decorated but with great taste, and for me the best: an eclectic selection of great books to lounge in the sun and read.

Indigo Blue Beach House and Cottage is a classic beach property that provides the ideal base for a laid-back holiday. Situated on Sandbaai Beach, the house has its toes in the sand as you can literally walk from the front door out onto the beach.
The shallow and protected lagoon waters are great for kids, with the nearby rock pools providing hours of entertainment. Simply furnished, the house is fully equipped with everything that you might need for a seaside holiday.
Langebaan is a small lagoon town on the Cape West Coast. Situated an easy hour’s drive from Cape Town, Langebaan provides an ideal base from which to explore the West Coast and the bounty of excellent attractions in the area.

How to get there
• Take the R27 out of Cape Town through Table View, past Atlantic beach, Yzerfontein and the turn off to the West Coast National Park*
• Take the Langebaan turn off to the left
• Drive through the town of Langebaan, through a number of 4 way stops you will pass the Spar on your right
• Carry on straight for approx 2km and you will see the Special Forces base on your left.
• At the four way stop – turn right at the park into Lagoon Crescent.
• First left into Basson Street and Indigo Blue is the only house on your left. White with grey roof.
• *The route through the National Park is awesome but check the gate opening times. There is also a conservation fee payable on entry but if you have a WildCard, you won’t pay this. Drive straight through the park, Take the Langebaan turn off to the right, exit the park and drive until you reach a 4 way stop. Turn left into Sunbird, right into Oostewal at next 4 way stop (yacht club straight ahead) and then second left into Lagoon Crescent. First left into Basson Street and Indigo Blue is the only house on your left. White with grey roof.
Keys
• If you are selfcatering – there is a combination safe between the poles at the outdoor shower opposite the entrance doors. Combination is 2810. Keys to the other doors are attached to each door.

Yes. Included in the daily rate is a Stand Up Paddleboard and a couple of Fluid sit-on-top kayaks, complete with paddles and buoyancy vests. These are shared with Baby Blue Beach Cottage. Please bring your own kid's life vests.
