Amazing Place
What an amazing place! I am so glad we chose Leopard Valley to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was better than expected and we will definitely be returning.
Conservio is dedicated to promoting travel that celebrates nature.
Leopard Valley Eco Retreat Cabins offer a tranquil self-catering escape on a 1200-hectare farm halfway between Citrusdal and Clanwilliam in the Western Cape. Only a two-hour drive from Cape Town, Leopard Valley Eco Retreat is the ideal escape for guests looking for a place to recharge and enjoy pristine surroundings, without having to travel too far to reach their sense of peace.
Guests at the retreat can choose from a collection of luxurious eco-cabins, each designed to enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort. The eco-friendly and comfortable lodgings make guests feel right at home and are fully equipped with everything needed for a fuss-free getaway in nature including kitchens, indoor and outdoor living spaces, shaded patios and wood-fired hot tubs.
From exploring the vast farmland to spotting birds and animals, the Cederberg in South Africa is a natural playground that provides an abundance of activities. In caves and mountains, hikers can discover ancient Khoisan rock paintings hidden among the rock formations. Spend time breathing in the cool mountain air, taking a refreshing dip in the spring-fed dams, or admiring the wildflowers.
Leopard Valley Eco Retreat provides the perfect base for exploring the spectacular surrounds, where mountain views and sweeping vistas are visible from the comfort of each private deck. Nights are for stargazing and storytelling around a crackling fire, listening to the sounds of nature, and keeping an eye out for one of the resident nocturnal animals like Cape Leopard, Aardvark, African wildcat, Bat-eared fox, Cape fox or porcupine.

-Wood-fired hot tubs and large decks for soaking up Klein Karoo scenery
-Secluded experience ideal for romantic escapes
