Charming and Relaxing Retreat
Absolutely charming—this gorgeous family are sitting on a treasure of a property. Very quiet and relaxing, very comfortable cottage and heavenly swimming pool.
Maleki is a family-run guest farm nestled in the Paardeberg region between Cape Town and Paarl, offering affordable self-catering cottages amidst scenic mountain views, award-winning wine estates, and pedigree-horse ranches. The property features a variety of units, including the Stable Cottage—a converted horse stable with two bedrooms and a vine-covered veranda overlooking the olive grove. Each cottage is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and authentic farm stay experience, complete with fully equipped kitchenettes, private terraces with braai facilities, and cozy living areas.
Located in Windmeul, near the Cape Winelands, Maleki serves as an ideal base to explore the region's renowned attractions. Surrounded by racehorse breeding farms and celebrated wine estates in "the Heart of Chenin Country," guests can enjoy a genuine countryside ambiance. The farm's proximity to Paarl (15 minutes), Stellenbosch (40 minutes), Franschhoek (45 minutes), and Wellington (20 minutes) allows for easy access to world-class wineries, gourmet restaurants, and cultural experiences. Additionally, golf enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby renowned courses, including Pearl Valley and Boschenmeer.
