The villa’s interior is paired with an outdoor area, including a large private pool, making it ideal for groups or families seeking comfort and seclusion. Each of the three master bedrooms features a king-size (floating) bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a private outdoor patio with a large baraza lounge - perfect for relaxed lounging or intimate breakfasts. 

Interior living and dining areas are open plan, with a fully equipped private kitchen and bar. Guests may choose to self-cater or arrange meals via the nearby restaurant. The villa combines comfort and elegance through plush furnishings, quality linens, refined fabrics, and tasteful décor. For entertainment, there is a TV with streaming and WiFi throughout. Please note - only the ground floor of the villa is accessible to guests, with exclusivity of the patio and pool. Breakfast is served in the villa.

Setting Description

The villa sits directly on the beach in the fishing village of Jambiani on Zanzibar’s southeast coast, offering immediate access to white sand and the Indian Ocean. From the private outdoor patios and pool deck, guests can enjoy the ocean breeze and sea views. Although the villa is private and self-contained, guests also have access to the neighbouring NŌBĪS - Casa Paradis’s ocean-front restaurant, lounge and rooftop bar.
