Ongava Game Reserve is located next to the southern boundary of Etosha National Park in Namibia.The reserve boasts 2 accommodation offerings - Ongava Tented Camp & Ongava Lodge - each uniquely designed and creating a natural connection to the surroundings of the area.
From the get-go, the reserve got dedicated to a philosophy of ‘Nature First’, working hard to get biodiversity to it's most natural state and making sure that natural processes are sustained.
Ongava Game Reserve is a great base to visit the Etosha National Park as its neighbours on the park. Guests who want to give something back will really appreciate the effort they make to protect the natural environment for future generations, whilst ensuring a truly brilliant Nambian experience.

Don't miss the "hide" and lions at night
Great spot right at Etosha gate. Room fantastic,food and staff first class. Game drive in the lodge was definitely worth it for seeing the white rhinos. Not too long an afternoon drive. Highlights though are the “hide” and being woken at night by the sound of lions roaring outside the room- pulse quickening

Amazingly wonderful
I was lucky to be there last week,couldn’t believe how welcoming they made me feel. Such an incredible view,looking over the plane. Isolated but so perfect. I hope to return one day. I did get some goodies from their boutique shop
