Tariffs quoted are subject to change without prior notice. Private reservations will only be regarded as "confirmed" once the stipulated deposit has been received. Camp Gecko reserves the right to release a reservation if the due deposit is not received in full by the stipulated deposit due date. Full settlement of accommodation reservations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Rights of admission reserved TIMES Check-in time: 14:00 (2 PM) and Check-out time: 10:00 (10 AM). For times other than these please advise at the time of booking. While we do our utmost to accommodate early arrivals we cannot guarantee immediate check-in. Late departures are strictly on prior arrangement with the Lodge and subject to availability of rooms. For late check out without prior arrangement we charge a fee of 50% of your accommodation rate. Management regrets that personal cheques will not be accepted unless by prior approved arrangement. We have no Card facilities. All quoted rates are in Namibian Dollars and are inclusive of 15% VAT. Rates are quoted per person per night. We cannot provide electricity at the safari tents and campsites. We are happy to provide you with cooling batteries from our freezer and a cooler box. You are welcome to charge your devices at our charging stations. We don't have a pool but a pond. Without a filter system and without chemicals. Our pond can be used for swimming. (no non-swimmers) The area around the pond is our small beer garden and reception area. We cordially invite you to spend your time here, maybe splash around and use the WiFi. Various drinks and groceries can be bought here during opening hours, depending on availability. Our WiFi is satellite internet. The quality and speed may vary. We are happy to be at your service. Service hours at the reception and in the beer garden from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Just ring the bell at the reception counter. - After you rang the bell, please give us a little time. In case of an emergency, we are available 24/7 You are also most welcome to book breakfast. Breakfast is served in the Lapa - please pre-order before 5 p.m. You can find all prices on the notices at reception Please do not feed any animals, regardless of whether they are supposedly tame or wild animals. Fire, earthquakes, erosion, heavy rain storms and the like, we assume no guarantee and no responsibility for accommodation and services booked and confirmed by us and or any necessary rebooking which may be associated with additional costs. Furthermore, in such a case we cannot guarantee alternative accommodation in another facility and can only assist in the organization of alternative accommodation and possible additional services within our means. At the same time, we undertake to inform our guests and our partners immediately if we are unable to provide the agreed and already confirmed services for the above-mentioned or comparable reasons and to refund 100% of any costs already paid. In cases where none of the above circumstances or similar apply, we naturally guarantee that the confirmed accommodation, including any confirmed additional services, will be available.
