The campsite features three individually designed sites—Eagle, Moonlight, and Hilltop—each providing panoramic views of the plains, waterholes, and surrounding mountains. Every campsite is equipped with private open-air ablution facilities, a barbecue area, and a shaded section suitable for relaxation or setting up ground tents. The emphasis on privacy and immersion in nature ensures a serene and intimate outdoor retreat.

Nestled within a private nature reserve, Camp Gecko is situated approximately 15 kilometers from the Spreetshoogte Pass on the D1275 road. The area is characterized by its expansive savannah landscapes framed by majestic mountain ranges.
