The campsite offers 18 private sites with essential amenities like power points, lights, wash basins, and fireplaces, ensuring a comfortable stay. Set in the vast expanse of the Palmwag Concession, the campsite offers breathtaking views of dramatic landscapes characterised by rocky terrain, desert vegetation, and riverbeds lined with palms. The area is a haven for wildlife, including desert-adapted elephants and black rhinos, offering unique opportunities for wildlife enthusiasts.

Probably the best campsite we stayed in Namibia. Great welcome by the staff, very friendly. Very nice private sanitary facilities. Surroundings are amazingly beautiful and the restaurant is also just amazing.

The lodge is well signposted on the C39, Kunene Region, Namibia, 9000
Palmwag Lodge can be found on the C43. From the south (central area) follow the signs to Khorixas, then follow the C39, the lodge is well signposted from here. From the coastal region follow the C34 towards Torra Bay, then turn right on the C39 to the intersection and follow the C43 in a northernly direction, the lodge is well signposted from here.
From the north, follow the C43 south from Sesfontein or from Kamanjab C40, where you will have a tjunction that meets the C43. The lodge is well signposted from here. Kindly note that most of these roads are gravel roads. A vehicle with high clearance is preferable.
