The Makuleke Region falls in the epicentre of the Great Limpopo Park, which consists of Kruger National Park, the Gaza National Park in Mozambique and the Gonarezhou National Park in Zimbabwe. Pel's Post and its counterpart, The Outpost , are the result of a unique co-operation between private investors and the local community and are the first lodges built in this big region.
