We underestimated the beauty of this town and the landscape overall. Everything is lush green and the flowers are blooming. The guesthouse is exactly as shown on the pictures. Pierre is a very friendly host and ensured that we felt at home right away

Great Guesthouse
This is a lovely restful guest house, very comfortable well-furbished rooms, friendly helpful management and staff, and a great breakfast. For us it was our second visit from the UK, and was a wonderful place to break up the drive from Johannesburg to northern Kruger

How to get there
From Johannesburg you will take the N1 to Polokwane, you can continue straight through the town where the N1 automatically becomes the R71 or take the bypass towards Louis Trichard and then towards Tzaneen. This will take you back onto the R 71 which you will follow for a further 59 km until you see a small village, Haenertsburg on your right. We are opposite the village, you will see our sign VIEWPOINT ESTATE on the right and our paved road directly off the tar, This is our entrance. If you reach the stop sign at the Village you have gone too far.
