TERMS AND CONDITIONS Following changes to South Africa’s Immigration Act, it is now a legal requirement to collect the following information and documents from guests when they check-in at a lodge: A copy of the guest’s identification document or passport, containing a photograph of the guest. For South Africans, this could be a passport, South African ID, or South African driver’s license. - The guest’s full names and surname - The guest’s residential address - The guest’s residence status in South Africa. OUR RATES INCLUDE: - Dinner, bed, and breakfast - Daily housekeeping - Wi-Fi at reception (Due to our location, there may be limitations on the strength and consistency of our connectivity when using mobile devices or Wi-Fi) - In-room teas and coffees - Parking - Welcome drink OUR RATES EXCLUDE: - Bar purchases - Telephone calls - Shop purchases - Laundry - Gratuities - Airport Transfers POLICIES: - Strictly no pets allowed on the premises - Smoking permitted in designated areas - Littering and feeding of animals are prohibited - Check-in time: 14:00 / Check-out time: 10:00 PAYMENT POLICY • A 50% deposit is to be made within 48 hours to confirm the booking. • A booking is held as provisional until the deposit is received. • The balance of payment is due 30 days before arrival. • If a booking is made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is due on confirmation. CHILD POLICY: - We accept children of all ages - Children between the age of 4 - 12 are charged 50% of the adult pppn sharing rate - Children under the age of 4 are free of charge - Children under the age of 6 years are not permitted on game drives, except on a specially arranged private vehicle - Children between the ages of 6 and 12 years are permitted on game drives at the sole discretion of the ranger CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations are only accepted in writing. • Once the booking is confirmed and then cancelled an admin fee of 15% of the deposit will be charged Other Cancellation Fees: • Deposit forfeited between 60 and 46 days of arrival: 30% • Deposit forfeited between 45 and 31 days of arrival: 70% • Deposit/payment forfeited 30 days or less from arrival: 100%
