At Crayfish Lodge they care about the natural world around them and strongly believe that everyone should make an effort to conserve our environment. With this mindset, they put sustainability and quality forward wherever they can. The lodge uses local products to minimise its carbon footprint and it use organic produce where possible. This includes both animal products and their use of organic fruits, vegetables and grains that reduce your intake of harmful or even toxic substances. A positive side effect is that most of the time the quality of this organically farmed produce is great and so it all tastes better, too.
